Stereophonics still have enough education to perform, announce winter tour
Welsh rockers Stereophonics have announced a mini-tour in the UK this December. The perfect Christmas gift to their fans, the tour will see the band perform in Newport, Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham, and London from December 15 - 20.
Currently, the band is hard at work on their eighth studio album, due for release next spring. The follow-up to 2009's Keep Calm And Carry On, the new album will feature former Noisettes member Jamie Morrison on drums, who officially replaced Javier Weyler last month as the band's new drummer.
Stereophonics will be supported by Gaz Coombes for the tour and tickets can be purchased through the band's website.
Check out "Violins and Tambourines," the Kelly-Jones-directed new single off the upcoming album, below.
