Rock The Bells 2012 Line-Up Announced
Rock The Bells has announced its 2012 lineup, with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony topping the bill with a full-length performance of their Eazy-E tribute album, E. 1999 Eternal.
The epic hip-hop tour, which has been held yearly since the Wu-Tang Clan headlined the inaugural event in 2004, will also feature performances from a bumper roster of artists that includes vintage rap acts Nas, Ice Cube, Salt-N-Pepa, Missy Elliot and Timbaland, plus hotly-hyped new generation artists A$AP Rocky, 2 Chainz, Kendrick Lamar and Jay-Z's protege, J. Cole.
Touching base in San Bernardino (August 18 and 19), Mountain View (August 25 and 26) and New Jersey (September 1 and 2), hosting duties for thefestival will be held down by freestyle rap champ Supernatural and somewhat mush-mouthed Wu-Tang icon The RZA.
