Relax with a stream of Heavenly Beat's Talent
Brooklyn label Captured Tracks has made Talent, the debut solo LP from Beach Fossils bassist John Peña, available for free streaming.
Talent is due out in physical form on July 24, coming on the heels of last month's stellar Oshin (the first full-length Peña's fellow Fossil, Zachary Cole Smith, recorded with his band DIIV).
While Heavenly Beat's relaxed, vacation-ready pop certainly won't alienate fans of any of these related Captured Tracks projects, Talent is also likely to appeal to those inclined toward Balearic beats, jj and Korallreven -- Peña himself recently professed his love for Swedish electro.
