Pinterest Board of the Week: Bonnaroo 2012
The 11th annual Bonnaroo Music and Arts festival took place this passed weekend on 700 acres of farmland, attracting music lovers from all over the country. Fans were treated to a variety of music, from the characteristically aggressive bass drops of Skrillex, to the return and soulful sound of D'Angelo. The weather was warm, the beer was cold, and the days felt like any music lover's dream as dozens of artists performed throughout the festival grounds for four days straight.
All the headliners put on a remarkable show at the What Stage; Radiohead was nothing short of spectacular, recent Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees the Red Hot Chili Peppers proved they aren't too old to rock, and Phish literally brought the rain down on their fans with two sets and four hours of jams.
It is difficult to truly capture the energy of Bonnaroo, but this Pinterest Board may be the next best thing for all those who missed the festival this year.
