Dirty Projectors cover just about every base with tour, EP, and video
Indie rock act Dirty Projectors have announced a new EP coming out on November 6th, entitled About To Die. The album will be released digitally and on vinyl through Domino Records, and the first 50 people who pre-order the EP will receive a signed copy from the band.
September has been a busy month for the Projectors -- earlier this month, the band also released a short music film entitled Hi Custodian, written by vocalist David Longstreth and starring the band taking on various personas. The film featured alternate versions of the group's songs and new and previously unreleased tracks from Swing Lo Magellan sessions.
Along with the announcement of the new EP and the short film, Dirty Projectors have also released a spiritually surreal video for "About To Die," and have added shows to their fall world tour.
