Woodsist Festival 2012 lineup announced
Though they're based in Brooklyn, psych-folk act Woods have always had more than a little of the California redwood forests about their sound. So it's only fitting that their Woodsist label has announced the second Woodist Festival, to be held August 4 and 5 at the Henry Miller Library in Big Sur, CA.
Acts confirmed for this year's festival include not only Woods but Critical Mob favorites like Real Estate, White Fence, Thee Oh Sees and The Fresh and Onlys. Quirky folk legend Michael Hurley is also scheduled to appear.
Tickets go on sale Friday, March 9 at noon PST at the Folk Yeah website.
