Wilco Video features Tavi Gevinson

Rookie.com creator and all-around fashion blogger wunderkind Tavi Gevinson teamed up with Jeff Tweedy's son Spencer Tweedy to make a video for "The Whole Love"-the title track for Wilco's latest album release. Tweedy's direction shows Gevinson in a whole new, more naturalistic light, standing as definitive proof that the uber-precocious but brilliant Gevinson is actually a real child, which is sometimes hard to remember.

Fashionista.com reports that the connection between director Spencer Tweedy and Gevinson is just that they're pals, and prior to the video, Tweedy had contributed pieces for Rookie. This was likely a great help in creating a relaxed, free, and unaffected vibe, making even us nostalgic for childhood playtime. Not bad at all, Tweedy Jr. Perhaps this video will mark his first major step in establishing himself as a major up-and-comer in the league of Gevinson.
