Watch Peaking Lights' family portrait made of fever dreams
Bringing their young son Mikko into the mix has not slowed down dubby husband-wife two-piece Peaking Lights at all. In fact, Aaron Coyes and Indra Dunis seem more weirdly inspired than ever, as evidenced by the new video for "Beautiful Son," a highlight from their excellent recent LP, Lucifer.
For the video, the pair teamed up with visual duo LEGS, who described the clip as "a family portrait made out of fever dreams." The resulting images perfectly capture the song's tenderly hallucinatory vibe, with Peaking Lights inhabiting a world where psychedelic colors collide headlong with New Age-y dreamscapes, like candy for the third eye.
