Video of the Day: Neil Young and Crazy Horse

We tweeted about this back when the track first leaked a few weeks ago, but now there's an official teaser video for Neil Young and Crazy Horse's reunion album Americana, out June 5 on Reprise. Comprised of old American folk songs -- the kind we sang around bonfires at camp -- given the Crazy Horse treatment, it sounds like a typically idiosyncratic project from ol' Shakey. But it's great to hear Crazy Horse at full power on "Oh Susannah": the full band last recorded together 16 years ago on the Broken Arrow album. (2003's Greendale was billed as a Crazy Horse project, but lacked guitarist Frank Sampedro.) No tour dates have been announced yet, but one assumes they're forthcoming: Crazy Horse has always worked best in a live setting.
