Track of the Day: Chase King

When he's not fronting the indie rock-meets-alt country collective Slow Country, Brooklyn-based musician Chase King records hazy, intimate pop tunes as a solo artist. Below, we've got his latest single, "Bed of Lies"-- it's a breezy, summertime listen that's part indie-folk, part intricate pop. 

King describes his solo work as "Magnolia Electric Company meets Clientele and plays a show together on a beautiful tropical island in the Caribbean,"which is a pretty accurate description if you ask us. "Bed of Lies" is off South Tropical Trail, King's second solo record on Queens, New York-based indie label Wonderland Archives.
