Track of the Day: Beach House
Electronic duo Beach House are finishing up work on their fourth album, Bloom. A release date hasn't been announced yet, but the Baltimore-based couple are previewing it with the new track "Myth," available at their website.
Bandmember Alex Scally tells the NME that he and singer Victoria Legrand drew inspiration from the Beach Boys' Pet Sounds and The Cure's Disintegration for the new album. Based on the icy drift of "Myth," the latter is the stronger influence.
