Shepard Fairey designs new Drew Barrymore wine label
Following in the famed footsteps of Sofia Coppola, Lorraine Bracco, and many other business-savvy celebrities before her, PSFK reports that Drew Barrymore is joining the wine game. It is a heavily treaded endorsement strategy, but sometimes the results can be highly satisfying.
Inspired by her Italian travels, Barrymore teamed up with Wilson Daniels Winery to create her own signature Pinot Grigio bearing her family's crest on the label. Shepard Fairey's design firm, Studio Number One, designed the eponymous label-- which further proves that a sleek-looking label sways most wine buyers.
The wine is said to be of the crisp, fruity variety with a slight undertone of quirkiness and hints of free-spiritness. Pairs well with a Caprese salad.
