Reggie Watts announces US Tour
Turntablist, beat boxer, comedian and all-around talent machine Reggie Watts has just announced a headlining tour set to kick off this Spring with the Adult Swim Block Party event in Las Vegas. Employing his unique blend of comedy, beats and improvisation, Watts is coming off a successful performance at the Secret Policeman's Ball benefit concert after having gained a much wider following after opening for Conan O'Brien on his live tour.
To get a flavor of how broad a spectrum Watts now reaches with his smart/catchy beats and observational humor, take a look at his date book for this past March: A gig at the TED Conference in the early part of the month then an appearance at SXSW at Jack White's Third Man label showcase. Not many performers (ie. none) can boast that kind of range.
