eBook launched as companion to Scorsese's George Harrison film
An enhanced eBook has been put out as a companion piece to Martin Scorsese's heartfelt documentary portrait of the late Beatle under the same name as the film: George Harrison: Living in the Material World. The book, which was edited by his widow Olivia Harrison, is a multimedia scrapbook filled with vintage photos, old letters as well as a video content from the fascinating life of the Beatles former lead guitarist.
There will also be audio clips from the man himself, Ringo Starr, Paul McCartney and his former friend and romantic rival Eric Clapton. Fans of the many-faceted pop star should be in for a treat, but we wonder what's behind the omission of bandmate John Lennon's name in the promo material.
