Converse releases M83-inspired sneaker

Converse has released a new limited-edition version of their classic Chuck Taylor All-Star sneaker featuring a design inspired by Critical Mob favorite M83. The black-on-white, ballpoint-pen-like design inspired by the hit single "Midnight City" has a purposefully DIY look about it, tied into a contest the show manufacturer is currently running. Between now and July 31, M83 fans are encouraged to submit their own original designs inspired by M83's latest album Hurry Up We're Dreaming. The three winning designs as judged by M83's Anthony Gonzalez will appear on upcoming M83 posters: the winners will also get exclusive Converse shoes based on their designs.
