Quirky, colorful film replaces Fanny and Jessy on the runway
UK-based fashion designers Fanny and Jessy left London Fashion Week to the frantic and traded their personal appearances for a series of video shorts by Danny Sangria to represent their spring/summer 2013 line titled Something Season-less.
UK designers are notorious for their quirky, colorful charm, letting up on the serious and pushing for child-like fun. Fanny and Jessy certainly don't let us down in that regard when welcoming us to "Uscopia." We see an iridescent fantasy on a farm, a barren and errie space transformed into an absurd but nonchalant way of life where socks are misplaced and favorite colors are contemplated.
Philosophical depth is up to the viewer.
