Critical 10: Robin Gibb’s Finest
By Stewart MasonBarry Gibb was the mastermind and, it must be said, Maurice Gibb had the best voice. But Robin Gibb was the mercurial soul of the Bee Gees. It's no accident that the one Bee Gees album he doesn't appear on, 1970's Cucumber Castle, is generally considered one of the band's worst efforts. In memory of his death on May 20, 2012, here's a playlist of 10 of Robin Gibb's finest vocal turns in the Bee Gees, from iconic hits to fan-favorite deep tracks. Spotify listeners can hear this playlist at Critical 10: Robin Gibb.
