Critical Animation
By Eric SchneiderSure, it's easy to take shots at media giant Disney, but you can't deny they crafted some of the first animation classics, and more recently bought up CGI pioneers, Pixar, along with their roster of perennial summer blockbusters. Throw in some Tim Burton quirkiness with Japanese genius Hayao Miyazaki, and you've got the best in animated design, technology, and good old-fashioned storytelling.
