Chris Payne
Chris Payne likes Joy Division and Zooey Deschanel, and just quit his job at a large greeting card company. While that last part may not be true, his affinity for melancholy British music cannot be understated. Chris is a recent graduate of the College of New Jersey, where he studied history and creative writing and served as the music director of the college's radio station, WTSR. He has written for The Home News and Tribune, Pop Matters, and currently, Billboard.
